This is a modern, spacious, and sun-drenched loft apartment located right by the sea, just steps away from the Mediterranean waves. Its unique design and premium amenities ensure a luxurious and relaxing stay.
The spacious, open-plan loft boasts modern and stylish furnishings. The bedroom is comfortable, featuring well-insulated windows and shutters that ensure complete darkness and block out street noise. The apartment is non-smoking, offering a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. A separate study is available, ideal for uninterrupted work.
The terrace is the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine or a romantic dinner while admiring the sea view. Just a few minutes’ walk away are Spiaggia di Las Tronas and Lido di Alghero Beach, as well as the local market, where fresh fish, vegetables, and baked goods are available daily.

Check-in & times
• Standard check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00.
• Early / Late on request: early from 08:00 or late until 20:00 — subject to availability (no same-day turnover).
• If early/late isn’t available: we’ll find a solution — luggage hold at the Loft or a nearby option until it’s ready; please share your arrival time in advance.
• Legal: lead guest present at check-in; valid ID/passport details required for all guests.
ZTL access and parking
ForRest Seaside Loft View 121 is located in the historic centre of Alghero, inside a restricted traffic zone, known as a ZTL.
Access by private vehicle is only allowed during the following time slots:
08:00–10:30
14:30–16:30
These time slots are intended only for loading and unloading luggage. Parking inside the ZTL is not allowed. Cars must be parked outside the historic centre.
Please take this into account if you are arriving late, leaving early in the morning, or travelling with a lot of luggage. Outside the permitted time slots, it may not be possible to drive directly close to the apartment.
There are several parking options nearby, both free and paid. Possible parking areas include: Lungomare Dante, Via XX Settembre, Via Sassari, Via Foscolo, Via Pascoli, Via Petrarca, Port / harbour area and Piazzale della Pace.
We recommend planning your arrival and parking in advance, especially during the high season.
Payments on arrival (cash only)
• Tourist tax: €2 / person / night (local regulation).
• Security deposit: €200, refunded at check-out if everything is in order.
House rules
• Max 2 guests · No smoking · No pets · No parties/events · Quiet hours 22:00–08:00.
• Day visitors by prior agreement; no overnight visitors.
Access & stairwell
• The Loft is on the 4th floor — stairs only. Please handle luggage carefully to protect the historic walls and railing.
By-the-sea niceties
• Beach gear provided: reed mat, umbrella, and beach towels.
• Sand & energy: please shake off sand before entering and switch off A/C and lights when out.
Report any accidental damage so we can fix it promptly.
